General Settings

The general settings of the platform are configured here: Settings - OTT Stream



Follow these steps to facilitate the process:

• Set primary platform URL (domain): This is the main address users will use to access your platform. Ensure you have proper SSL certification for this domain. 


Ensure that you never change the primarily site URL from here.

• Choose homepage type (login page, registration page, landing page, custom page, channel):


This determines what new visitors see first.

• Select default theme (system, dark or light):



This sets the initial visual mode for new users. Consider allowing this to sync with the user's device settings for a seamless experience.

• Enable/disable manual theme change by users:


This option gives users control over their visual experience. Consider saving the user's preference for future visits.

• Generate website map:


This is crucial for search engine optimization. Ensure your sitemap is automatically updated as you add new content.
