In the Network and sharing section of the Control Panel, of the computer set up the default IPv4 address. Then open any browser on the computer and 192.168.1.168 to open the configuration panel of the encoder.
Make sure that the IP address in the Networking Sharing Center of the Control Panel on the computer and IP address in the Network section of the configuration panel of the encoder match.
