It's important to keep minimum prices (bids) under check while running an ad network since they directly affect your earnings. You have the choice of using our platform to control it.
The
setup feature is accessible from the Settings / Minimum rates menu. A default
limit as well as limits for each country can be set up here.
Real-time changes to these parameters have an impact on the entire system, including the manager's panel and an ad serving engine.
The checkbox labelled "Bypass minimum rate checks" is positioned underneath the rate field and must be selected when the manager must establish a campaign with a rate that is lower than the minimum limit. Only managers can use this checkbox.
Only the minimal default CPM rate is determined (at 0.05, for example). This means that no advertiser may develop a campaign with a CPM rate below 0.05.
Suppose a marketer develops a campaign with a CPM of 0.06. However, the manager chooses to modify the Minimum CPM to 0.09 after the campaign has already begun. Because the rate in this instance no longer satisfies the minimum rate standards, the campaign will be cancelled straight away.
The manager decides which rates are allowed. Germany's default minimum CPM is 0.05. Italy's minimum CPM is 0.04, Portugal’s minimum CPM is 0.01 and etc.
Advertisers can set their minimum CPM rates at 0.01 when creating campaigns WITHOUT any geotargeting. However, because 0.01 is less than the Minimum CPM established for Germany and Italy, 0.01 CPM campaigns will not be allowed to run there. Campaigns with CPM rates of 0.04 will not run in Germany for the same reasons. However, campaigns with CPM rates of 0.05 and higher will not be subject to geographic limitations.
Campaigns using geo-targeting advertisers must adhere to the maximum Minimum CPM established for any of the above countries:
