Even if Three have given you our contact details in error - we are not associated with the ‘Playboxs’ that is charging you.

Let’s make this clear from the offset - the company charging you is not, in any way, related to us, PlayBox Technology UK Limited. We are a broadcast software manufacturer who cater to broadcasters and organisations across the world. We do not charge customers via mobile phone contracts, and we do not provide applications/mobile phone services.

We have contacted Three to try and rectify this issue, but have not yet received a meaningful response. If you believe you have been a victim of fraud or a scam on behalf of the company that is charging you, we urge you to get in contact with the Police.
