My dongle stopped working or got lost or stolen

After defective dongle has been verified by the Support Team, a replacement of the dongle is basically possible and a new one with a temporary 28-day license will be shipped to you. The temporary license will be extended to perpetual once you return the defective dongle.

Please note that licenses, which cannot be verified by the Support Team cannot be replaced!

PlayBox Technology will not replace a lost or stolen dongle. In case of loss or theft of dongle, a new license with new dongle is required.
