Sometimes after pressing the CUE button, a black frame appears, instead of the first frame of the clip
Possible Cause:
1. The clip begins with black frames.
2. At some hardware configurations, the CUE
function does not always work properly. It is machine-dependent.
Solution:
1. Make sure that the clip’s first frame is not
black. Edit the clip with Clip Trimmer to trim the black frames from the clip
beginning.
2. Go to Settings > General dialog box > Cue Delay.
This option defines a small delay before pausing on
the first frame. Please, try to find the best one for your case.
